Originally from the tiny little hamlet called “Da Bronx”, Brendan has developed his real estate advisory business since the early 1980s. Working as a licensed Real Estate Broker in both New York and South Florida. He has been listing and selling multimillion dollar properties from Montauk to Manhattan and Palm Beach to Sanibel Island.

Brendan has an extensive knowledge of these upscale areas and how best to get properties from “Just listed to Just sold. ” His high touch and teflon free approach to real estate is a breath of fresh air in the midst of a sea of false promises. After years of developing friendships, business relationships and noticing continual growth to these areas, he left the big corporate brokerage firm and opened up a Boutique Agency that can truly serve the clients best interest and not the firm. He has never looked back and neither have his clients who have now become friends.

Elizabeth DiFebo is a licensed Real Estate Associate, who lives and worked in Montauk, and East Hampton, N.Y. for over 15 years, as a Real Estate Investor, and Wellness Coach. She became a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join The Brindise Group, teaming up with an independent Broker to ensure the integrity and dedication to her clients.
